How do you want to work?
This tool saves your SOPs into a folder on your computer, which needs the folder system built into desktop Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Your current browser doesn't support it (this includes Firefox, Safari, and phones/tablets).
You can still view and print any SOP that has already been issued — but to build or save SOPs, open this page in Chrome or Edge on a desktop or laptop.

Your name goes on the document as its author, and on the history line of every save. It stays on this computer — there is no account and nothing is sent anywhere.
You're exporting without a connected folder. Connecting one gives you:
You can still export this SOP as a standalone HTML file — you'll choose where to save it.
This is one of our starter templates — feel free to edit it, or press + New to start from scratch. When you're ready to save, number and keep a library of your SOPs, connect a folder.
Templates carry verified, reviewed hygiene content. Everything is editable after. The SOP number starts empty — use the Assign button next to the number field, or accept the prompt on first save (needs the connected folder).
These are set once and reused on every new SOP. Saved to settings.json in your connected folder.
Rename a code or name any time — existing SOPs keep their numbers and folders. Untick Active to hide a department from new SOPs without deleting anything.
Add your company name, logo and colours. You can change these any time in Settings.
These are your departments — rename codes or add your own.
